Our fees
Nothing to pay to look, ask or visit. Our fee is due only when a plot is bought.
If you're buying
- Our fee is 1% of the final price (plus GST once we're registered), only if you buy the plot.
- It also applies if your family buys it within 12 months.
- For example, on a ₹25 L plot our fee is ₹25,000.
- Site visits are free.
If you're selling your own plot
- No listing fee. Nothing to pay if it doesn't sell.
- Anything a buyer pays above your price is our fee.
- Our fee is never less than 1% of the final price (plus GST once we're registered).
- It applies to any buyer we introduce, for 12 months.
- For example, if your price is ₹25 L and the plot sells for ₹26 L, our fee is ₹1 L. If it sells for ₹25 L, our fee is ₹25,000 (1%).
- If a partner broker listed your plot, our fee is only the amount above your price, with no 1% minimum.
If you're a partner broker
- You keep the seller's 1%.
- Anything a buyer pays above the seller's price is our fee.
- The owner confirms the price and signs before any token.
How fees are paid
- On the day the sale deed is registered, against our invoice, to Parakh's account: by bank transfer or UPI if you're buying, and by bank transfer if you're selling.
- The sale deed must show the full final price.
- We never take the token or the price of the plot. Those go to the seller directly.
